We are listing the above described antique and/or vintage little books that measure 3 1/8” by 3 7/8” at aĥ.000 Year Old Ancient Assyrian(Mesopotamian/Babylonian) Gold-Flecked Midnight Blue Semi-Precious Lapis Lazuli Gemstone Beads on(Contemporary) 14kt Gold. They also have the box(no lid) This box has an old time piece of weathered aged masking tape holding one corner of the box that has split. Some of the covers are a little curled on the edges and occasionally they will have a small piece missing. A former owner which we believe to be the original owner had his name stamp and put it on the first inner page and last inner page of the great majority of the books. GERAN book pages 45 thru 62 on the lower right hand corners are a little tiny bent on the bottom. On the TWELFTH NIGHT Shakespeare book pages 89 thru 94 the lower right hand corner border edges are bent just a little bit. None of the inner pages are torn, loose, missing or scribbled on. On all the books the inner pages are in great condition. AS YOU LIKE IT, MIDSUMMER NIGHT'S DREAM, TWELFTH NIGHT, THE TAMING OF THE SHREW, JULIUS CAESAR, ROMEO AND JULIET, MERRY WIVES OF WINDSOR, THE TEMPEST, OTHELLO, KING LEAR, MACBETH and HAMLET. The first 13 are by SHAKESPEARE and are titled SONNETS. On the back cover of each of the books it is marked with L and LITTLE LEATHER LIBRARY. The titles on the books with the author are slightly embossed on the binding edge and front covers. The covers are in a green thin cardboard type leather.
